Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These terms govern use of creasecoach.com and registration for training provided by Crease Coach.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created and held by parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for activity on their account.
3. Registration and payment
Registration is complete when payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown per participant per session unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancel 48 or more hours before a session for a full credit toward any future session. Inside 48 hours, we will try to fill the spot from the waitlist; if we can, you receive full credit. No-shows are not credited. If Crease Coach cancels a session, you choose a full refund or a credit.
5. Waivers
A signed participation waiver is required for every participant, and certain facilities require their own waiver as a condition of entry. Participation may be denied without a completed waiver.
6. Conduct and safety
Participants must follow staff instructions and safety rules. Crease Coach may remove any participant for unsafe or abusive conduct without refund. For youth sessions, a parent or guardian must remain on site.
7. Health
Guardians are responsible for ensuring participants are fit to participate and for disclosing information coaches should reasonably know.
8. Photos and video
Media use is governed by the optional photo and video consent elected at registration.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at /privacy describes how information is handled and is part of these terms.
10. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and training materials belong to Crease Coach and may not be reused commercially without permission.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Except as required by law and subject to the signed waiver, the services are provided as-is, and Crease Coach's total liability related to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes to an existing registration will be communicated by email.
