1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Crease Coach LLC ("Crease Coach", "we", "us"). They apply when you use this website and when you register for our training. By registering or paying for a session you agree to them, together with our Refund Policy and the participation waiver you sign at registration. If these terms and the signed waiver disagree, the waiver wins.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created and held by parents or legal guardians who are at least 18. You are responsible for keeping registration information accurate and up to date, and for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
3. Registration and payment
A spot is reserved when payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, per participant, per session, unless stated otherwise. Bundle discounts and training credits are applied before you pay and shown in the total.
The price shown is the full price. There are no added booking, service or card-processing fees.
A family that pays with a payment link or invoice we send agrees to these same terms for that booking.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancel 48 hours or more before a session for a full refund, or a credit toward a future session if you would rather. Inside 48 hours, we will try to fill your spot; if we can, you get a full refund or credit. No-shows are not refunded. If we cancel a session, you choose a full refund or a credit. The details are in our Refund Policy.
5. Changes to sessions
We may need to change a session’s coach, start time or field, or cancel it, for example because of weather, air quality, field closures or low enrollment. We will tell registered families by email as early as we can. If a change means you can no longer attend, the Refund Policy explains your options.
6. Waivers
A signed participation waiver is required for every participant, and some facilities require their own waiver as a condition of entry. Participation may be refused without a completed waiver.
7. Conduct and safety
Participants must follow staff instructions and safety rules and wear the protective equipment we require. We may remove any participant for unsafe, abusive or disruptive conduct, without a refund. For youth sessions, a parent or guardian must stay on site.
8. Health
Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure participants are fit to take part and for telling us anything coaches should reasonably know. A participant with a suspected concussion or head injury, or who faints, must stop for the day and may not return until cleared in writing by a licensed health care provider.
9. Photos and video
The participation waiver signed at registration includes a media release: photographs and video taken at our activities may be used as described in the waiver. If you would prefer your goalie not be featured, tell us and we will respect that going forward.
10. Things you send us
When you send us an Ask Me Anything question, photo or video, you confirm you have the right to share it. If you tick the box agreeing that we may feature it, you allow us to post it, with your name or Instagram handle, on our website and social channels. You can ask us to take a featured post down at any time.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how information is handled and are part of these terms.
12. Using this website
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, get into other people’s accounts or data, scrape it, or send spam or harmful content through its forms. We may suspend accounts that do.
13. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, photographs and training materials belong to Crease Coach or are used with permission, and may not be reused commercially without our written permission. Names and marks of other organizations mentioned on the site belong to their owners and do not mean those organizations endorse us.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Lacrosse carries a risk of injury, which the signed waiver describes. Except where the law does not allow it, and subject to the signed waiver, our services are provided as they are, and our total liability for anything related to a session is limited to the amount paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless the law gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date at the top, applies to bookings made after it is posted. We will tell families by email about any change that affects a booking they have already made.
