Who we are

Crease Coach, operating creasecoach.com, providing lacrosse goalie training in Southern California. Contact: info@creasecoach.com.

What we collect

From parents and guardians: name, email, phone, account credentials (managed by our authentication provider), and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card numbers.

About participants, provided by the parent or guardian: name, date of birth, grade, experience level, team, emergency contact, and any optional notes the guardian chooses to share for safety purposes.

Waiver records: signature, timestamp, IP address, device information.

Website basics: analytics data and form submissions (inquiries, email list signups).

Children

Our services are directed to parents and guardians, who create accounts and provide all participant information. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

How we use information

To run registrations and sessions safely, process payments, maintain legally required waiver records, respond to inquiries, send transactional emails (confirmations, session details), and, with consent, send marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime).

Optional safety notes are shared only with staff coaching the relevant session and are deleted within 7 days after the session.

How we share it

With service providers that operate our platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Each processes data under its own security and privacy commitments.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers; access is limited by role; payment data is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).

Retention

Registration and account data are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Signed waivers are retained for the period required for legal protection. Optional safety notes are deleted within 7 days after the session.

Your rights (California)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and your child's, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Requests: info@creasecoach.com. We will verify your identity before acting.

Note that we may retain information we are legally required or permitted to keep (for example, signed waivers and payment records).

We use basic analytics to understand site usage.
