Ane Horton

Mater Dei Head Coach • Former CSU Pueblo Goalie

Ane Horton is the Head Coach of Mater Dei Girls Lacrosse, where she previously spent two seasons as the program's goalie coach. She was the starting goalie at Colorado State University Pueblo from her freshman year on, earning a place on the school's NCAA Division II all-time saves list and IWLCA All-Midwest Region honors. After her playing career she stayed on at Pueblo as an assistant coach, adding Division II coaching experience to a résumé that began with three CIF Championships at Los Alamitos High School.

Now based in Southern California, Ane has served as head goalie coach for clubs across the region and currently trains goalies at every level — from youth players just starting out, to Division I college goalies, to current World Lacrosse athletes. She brings a college starter's technical foundation and a coach's eye to every session, whatever level your goalie is working toward.
